HOME SFELICE

An interior design project for an exclusive penthouse in the center of Bologna, just steps from the sky. An extraordinary adventure curated by Giardini Arredamenti and born from the sketch of architect Simona Bentivogli, for a small apartment where essential ingredients like a fireplace and two volumes divide the spaces without interrupting them.

One ochre and one chocolate-colored, the volumes face each other competing for the leading role, then softening their intensity in the gentler tones of the flooring. The first conceals systems and a double-sided fireplace that can be enjoyed from both the living room and the sleeping area, the second screens the kitchen from the entrance area and contains the small service bathroom.

Natural stone, precious woods, lime plasters, furniture and finishes in a balanced tonal mix, complete the project characterized by unique furnishing elements. At the top is the stripped roof that lights up at daybreak projecting light from above, and at night fades to make way for artificial light that favors the social spaces where a large zebrano wood table custom-made by us must welcome many guests invited to dinner…
